Collage Meditation
Experience the present moment through a collage making practice
Collage Meditation is an opportunity to cultivate some mindfulness through the practice of collage. Like the regular body-mind maintenance we do in a yoga or meditation class, Collage Meditation is dedicated ‘slow time’ to be in the moment. Participants are guided through a process of grounding, gathering, composing and acknowledging. This workshop is a delight for the eyes and ears, including a library of pre-selected nature images and curated playlists. Everyone takes home a gorgeous, nature-themed collage.
Collage Meditation is designed and delivered in collaboration with Art Therapist Kelly Otto.
